Sometimes, all you need is the comfort of knowing the event you have dreamed
of and planned for, will be executed properly. This package is for those of you
who have done the work with your vendors, envision the look and feel of your
special day, know what your contracts expect, and just want someone to alleviate
the days details by passing the baton a week before the event. Bella Bloom will
work with you and your vendors to make your dream come true, while you and
your family are relaxing, pampering yourselves, and enjoying the days festivities
to come.

* An initial consultation to gather all wedding related information., design concepts, wedding day schedule and timeline.
* Correspond and confirm with vendors prior to your event on the wedding day schedule you have outlined.
* Be present at rehearsal to organize bridal party processional and recessional. Confirm audio logistics between officiant and DJ/Musician.
* Handling/setting out personal style items such as ceremony programs, menus, and favors.
* Megan and her Assistant will be present on the day-of your wedding to orchestrate vendors for event set up and design details. Attend reception and coordinate meal and event flow, up until all scheduled activities are complete (i.e., garter/bouquet toss, cake cutting, etc.). Additional time can be added to manage facility clean up and vendor/guest departure.
Bella Bloom wants you and your family to celebrate your wedding with a full heart
and complete peace of mind. With that in mind, you can be sure that your wedding
day will go smoothly because your wedding professional will be behind the scenes
managing the vendors and orchestrating the details. With our Silver Assistance,your
wedding professional will start working with you 4 weeks prior to your event.
* After our initial consultation , we meet with you to gather all wedding-related
information from four weeks prior to wedding date. Special attention to discuss ideas with regard to the style of your wedding, personalized details, design concepts, and consult with you on other wedding related items.
* Be the liason between bride and vendors, and review detailed timeline with all vendors (when completed by customer) prior to event. Keep track of payment schedules and handle final payments if requested.
* Confirm logistics of rental items; i.e., delivery, set up and removal. Coordinate and confirm cleanup with appropriate staff in charge of task.
* Attend rehearsal and coordinate bridal party flow and logistics, processional and recessional.
* Megan and her Assistant will be present on your wedding day to orchestrate ceremony and reception, making sure event details are handled; guest book, cake cutting utensils, bride and groom flutes, favors, table additions (cameras, bubbles, confetti, rose petals) are in place prior to beginning of event.
With the Platinum Package, you w’ll have access to Bella Bloom's innovative,
creative ideas and resources. We assist you in defining and developing the style
of your wedding from the very beginning. We can also help to incorporate your
ethnic background, heritage and/or unique elements that are special to you and
your fiancé. We attend vendor meetings, negotiate/review vendor proposals and
contracts, and work closely with you and each vendor to ensure that these ideas
are properly reflected throughout. We attend all event space/venue walk-throughs,
menu and cake tastings, as well as provide a list of recommended local
hotels for your out of town guests.
Please note: Bella Bloom recommends other vendors based on merit, professionalism, quality of work, and proper "fit" to our clients needs. Unlike other coordinators, we DO NOT receive compensation of any kind for referring vendors or for a client booking of a vendor.
* An initial consultation to gather all wedding-related information from the moment we are contracted to coordinate wedding.
* If needed, we will assist with locating the proper venue location for your event. We’ll do the footwork to accommodate your numbers and needs.
* Attend personal meetings to discuss thoughts and ideas with regard to the style of your wedding, personalized events, design concepts, and etiquette, and consult with you on other wedding related items.
* Handle local tuxedo rental returns on the day after event.
* Pick up wedding dress and deliver it to cleaner of your choice.
* Handle incoming event R.S.V.P's.
* Assist in the coordination of rehearsal dinner.
* Arrange for bridal party and family salon treatments.

I met with her once to discuss what I was looking for in my arrangements and bouquets, and she got back to me promptly with an estimate that I found very reasonable. During this phase she was good at recommending flower alternatives that gave me the look I wanted and still kept me within my budget. I then met with her once more just prior to the wedding to review what we had discussed and make a few last minute changes. Every time I called or emailed her during the planning process, she was always quick to respond and email me the new contract with price adjustments and the new plans included in the floral outline! She took what I wanted and she made quite a few recommendations that worked out beautifully. When I gave her an outline of what I for sure wanted, she was able to fill in the blanks with her florist's expertise and give me the flowers of my dreams, which is exactly what every florist should do, but oftentimes is unable to do so. Megan is extremely professional and personable, easy to work with (she was very nice when I called to make some last minute detail changes!!), very knowledgeable, creative, and budget-conscious, a combination that makes her an excellent choice for a wedding or event of any style and scale. When I saw her bringing my flowers up, I got so excited because they were even better than I had imagined! It was like she took my vision and made it even better. I got more compliments on my flowers during the wedding than I could count, and they look fantastic in the pictures! Megan even took the details from my wedding and came up with ways to add them to the table arrangements, like adding rocks to the bottom of the vases and ribbon around the outside!
